4K Eye-Color Fix in a video, $20

I have a single 12-minute video shot in 4K that needs a clean, believable eye-color swap from the current shade to rich Brown all the way through. The change must be frame-accurate for every second of the footage—no exceptions or missed blinks—so solid motion-tracking and color-grading skills in After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro, or an equivalent compositor are essential. Right now there is a white circle in my eye that makes me look blind, it is the result of using auto-eye contact and so I need someone to fix it so my eyes look like my real eye color at the 4 minute mark in the video.
