We showcase deals on our platform and advertise for the real estate companies, increase their brand recognition and build their capital infrastructure. We also take care of due diligence and the cumbersome paperwork that is required for the entire process. We source deals and underwrite them. We have small collection centers all around the country so the process is like traditional sourcing and underwriting. We have people work the markets. We meet developers & promoters. We discuss our platform and put deals together. The innovative part is putting it on the site and allowing the scale to be a part of the investment.
