We have about [url removed, login to view] hours of 'voice of the customer' videos shot on the street. These are in English, but with an African accent and we want them subtitled (in English!) so that the narration is clear.
Videos will be in either wmv or mp-4 format and medium resolution (not hd quality as they are shot using normal handycam)
We already have the transcripts of the videos in English and want someone to use ANY video editing software (ideally Ulead, but if other, let us know) to add subtitles to the videos.
In a few places the grammar on the transcripts could have been better so someone who fluently speaks English should be able to spot these errors and automatically correct the grammar.
Videos will be uploaded to an FTP along with the transcript and the output required is subtitled videos - and as with any subtitling job, the subtitles should synchronise with what is being said on the screen.
Once awarded the project, the videos will be uploaded within 24 hours and turnaround time for you to upload them back is 48 hours. We are expecting that each video will be put up for upload as soon as completed rather than a batch at the end - this will give us time to review them as we go along to ensure quality.
