I have a 1–5-minute CCTV clip in MP4 format. The video is only medium quality, yet it briefly captures two people running past the camera and I must see their faces clearly. The work involves stabilising the footage, reducing noise, correcting colour and exposure, and sharpening detail so the facial features become recognisable. Once the clearest frames are located, export high-resolution still images of every visible face. Deliverables • One enhanced video file (H.264 MP4 or similar) with the original time-code intact • Minimum three crisp, full-face screenshots per individual, saved as PNG and JPG • Short summary of the key enhancement steps or settings used Acceptance is met when the faces are plainly identifiable at normal screen zoom and the stills reach at least 1080 p resolution. The source file will be shared via download link immediately after project award.
