Video Editor & Motion Graphic Designer Needed

MyHisaab is a business management software that helps businesses simplify their day-to-day operations and work smarter. We’re looking for a Freelance Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to join us on an ongoing basis and help us create engaging video content for our brand, product, and social media. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys short-form content, motion graphics, SaaS/product videos, and visual storytelling and wants to work consistently with a growing brand. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be working on a variety of video content, including: -Editing up to 6 videos per week -Instagram Reels, LinkedIn videos, YouTube Shorts, and other social content -SaaS/product videos and feature explainers -Product demos and screen-recording based videos -Motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and visual effects -Creating engaging visuals while following MyHisaab’s brand identity -Syncing voiceovers, music, sound effects, and visuals -Basic color correction and grading -Captions, subtitles, titles, and other text elements -Making revisions based on feedback and improving the final output What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who can turn a simple brief into an engaging video — not someone who simply cuts clips together. You should have: A good understanding of video editing and pacing A strong eye for design and visual storytelling Basic to good knowledge of motion graphics Understanding of typography, transitions, and animation Creativity and the ability to bring fresh ideas to the content Good attention to detail Ability to understand references and follow a creative direction Ability to handle multiple videos and meet weekly deadlines Openness to feedback and revisions Reliable communication and availability during agreed working hours Experience Freshers and candidates with 0–3 months of experience are welcome to apply. You can share work from: College projects Personal projects Freelance work Internships Instagram / YouTube content Self-initiated projects Previous professional work Software You can use whichever editing tools you’re comfortable with: Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects DaVinci Resolve Final Cut Pro CapCut Blender or other relevant tools You don't need to know every software listed. Your work matters more than the software you use. Portfolio Is Important Please share your portfolio or previous work while applying. We’d especially like to see: Short-form videos / Reels Motion graphics SaaS or product videos Explainer videos Social media content Typography and text animations Creative transitions and effects Your portfolio will be one of the primary factors we use for shortlisting. Weekly Workload & Expectations The selected freelancer should be comfortable handling up to 6 videos per week, depending on the content and complexity. Videos may vary in length and style. Some may be straightforward social media edits, while others may require more motion graphics, product animations, or creative editing. We will provide the necessary brief, source footage, screen recordings, brand assets, references, scripts/copy, and creative direction as required. The freelancer will be expected to: Receive brief → Understand reference → Edit → Share first draft → Take feedback → Make revisions → Deliver final video Selection Process After reviewing portfolios, shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a small sample editing task. The task will help us understand your: Editing ability Creative thinking Motion graphics skills Understanding of our brand Ability to follow a brief Attention to detail If the collaboration works well, we’re looking for someone who can work with us on an ongoing basis, rather than just for a one-time project. Equipment You must have access to your own laptop/PC capable of comfortably handling video editing and motion graphics software.
