I have a corporate trainer friend who has the following raw footage
Live footage video with audio of him doing training
1. as a private tutor to couple of trainees
2. as a public speaker to a group of trainees
3. to a bunch of professionals'
4. Client/Customer Testimonials recorded on video with audio
(all these are in physical world pre-pandemic times)
We also have recordings of online trainings sessions with audio video combined
(these are online live conferences/meetings on Zoom during the pandemic times)
We have all the above stuff capture in the form of pictures (still photography)
In fact a lot of photos of all of the above do exist and can be shared.
The photos can be put together sequentially in order to create an effect of a story being narrated pictorially. These 'sequence of photos' video can be used alongwith some audio of the trainer himself. The trainer has a great voice and is a fantastic speaker. If you give him some idea, he will create a script and give you a narration. This audio file can be shared with you. Some decent music too can be added. We can have one video created like this.
Secondly, We need one video of online sessions taken. This can be done using the footage of online sessions. We can add voice and/or music in the background.
Thirdly, we need one video of the real world physical world sessions that were taken. This can be done using the footage of physical world recordings. We can add voice and/or music in the background.
Fourthly, the customer testimonials need to be put together as a snazzy compilation with quick sound bytes. These can be one consolidate files. Some exist only as photos. These can be created as a 'sequence of photos' type video
PURPOSE OF THE VIDEOS:
Of course by now you may have understood what is the purpose.
Outreach! Quite simply that!
The work you do will make or break the Outreach program for the trainer. If things go well, through references you will get more clients.
The work you do will be put up for prospective clients to see. It will go on the trainer's own web portal as well to showcase
a. How the trainer does his job
b. How does the trainer speak and emote and how much knowledge does he have
c. What do satisfied customers have to say
d. Client Testimonials help convince other prospective clients.
The videos can be used even to run promotional campaigns or online advertisements on various Ad Networks.
Need someone who has done such things before. Ideally should have worked on a client in the Training & Education Sector or something similar. Remember this individual branding. Or Speaker branding.
For the right individual, Price is not a constraint. Good Quality Output and Diligence with Timelines is the criteria. Keep Aggressive Timelines especially for revisions and edits.
