Use Twixtor to change the speed of 36 very small .mov clips

I have 36 .MOV clips, filmed on a Canon 5D. They range from 2 seconds up to about 30. The average length is around 10-15 seconds, so they are all short. The native frame rate is 25FPS - I need this kept.
I NEED:
- Every clip to be slowed to 50% using TWIXTOR to interpolate the frames
- Every clip to be exported using PRO RES 422 or higher
- You can load them all into ONE sequence, and just export a single file if you like
Every clip in the timeline should then be 200% of it's original length, when slowed to 50% using Twixtor. Please ensure you have this plugin, and understand that each clip must effectively be double its original length with twixtor applied.
