I need a video editor for my YouTube channel

I have a YouTube channel with 1.1k subscribers. I try to make 1 video per week about self developement, finance, business and crypto. - [login to view URL]
I also work full time meaning I am finding it increasingly difficult to find time to edit my videos, and I am looking to step up my videos to a new level.
I am looking for someone to help with the editing style of things. I can supply the 4k video files via Googel drive or WeTransfer and I need a hand in delivering the final product. Preferably with Final Cut, which means I can make my own changes if necessary, but I'm also open to people who edit in Premier.
