Looking for a Video Editor, on an ongoing basis

Hi, I am a Real Estate agent in the San Francisco Bay Area of California. I am looking for a video editor to help me with my real estate videos. I am hoping to find someone with which to have a long term working relationship with. The scope of the position would be at least 2-3 videos per week on an ongoing basis; in the future this may grow to more. My videos can range from 1-4 minutes total and will include needing editing skills with green screen, animations, captions, etc. I will be using them on Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, etc. Depending on length of the video and quality of edits, I am willing to pay $25-30 per completed video.
As I am in the San Francisco/Oakland/Bay Area of California, I am looking to have videos that have a clean, modern, urban feel. I also need my videos to represent the population that I work with, so you must be comfortable with this. People are not always shown in the videos, but when they are... a diverse population must be represented. I also need interracial couples/families and LGBT couples/families represented as this is normal life out here. Photos/videos are to depict people shopping for a new home, talking in an office setting, and family life.
I am looking to do a video edit test run first, to see if we are a good working match before deciding.
