We are seeking an elite, high-energy Thai native speaker to serve as the Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant to the Founder. This is your chance to be part of something big and amazing that is already underway. ### The Role & Responsibilities Executive Liaison: Act as a high-level professional point of contact for Sponsors, Police, and Schools. You will manage critical communications via Email and LINE to ensure the Founder’s vision is executed flawlessly. Visual Storytelling: Capture and edit high-impact video content to share our mission. (Technical training in videography and AI tools provided). Strategic Representation: Serve as a key representative of the organization at events, government meetings, and private school distributions, supporting the Founder in high-stakes environments. Operational Agility: Manage logistics, scheduling, and scaling efforts in a dynamic startup environment where speed and precision are mandatory. Extreme Discretion: Handle sensitive organizational data and strategic planning with absolute confidentiality. ### Who You Are (Requirements) Thai Native Speaker: Native-level Thai with professional-level English (Written/Spoken). The "Founder Mindset": You thrive in a startup environment. You are resourceful, organized, and willing to put in the work to grow alongside the organization. Tech-Forward: Highly comfortable with Social Media and eager to master AI productivity tools to multiply your output. Mobility: Valid Thai Driver’s License and comfort with local travel for field operations.
