I have experience with React and a long familiarity with git 15+ years. If I have access to your repository, swapping out text and images should be an easy task. What you mean by "scroll-friendly sections" will need to be clarified. My current price assumes something like 20 pages with 2 images each. If the project is much bigger the cost will increase.
