JPEG Logo to DXF Outline

I have a simple logo saved as a JPEG and I need it converted into a clean DXF file. Only the basic outer outline is required—no interior shading or tiny decorative elements—so the final file stays lightweight and easy to edit. Please keep the proportions exactly as they appear in the original image; there’s no fixed size, just maintain relative scaling throughout. I’ll supply the JPEG as soon as we start.
