Colored Illustration Vectorisation

I need the leaves/feather plumes in the attached image converted into a clean, scalable vector. Every shape and line must be rebuilt so I can edit the line thickness and colour as well as the inside fill colour. The centre part of the image was already digitalised, see second attachment, so you do not need to do that part. Please recreate the artwork in vectors rather than running an automatic trace, paying attention to layer organisation and naming so future edits are painless. When the redraw is finished, export it to: • SVG (web ready) • Figma file with neatly grouped components Please ensure no stray anchor points or hidden bitmap fragments remain.
