Job Description:
UX Designer for FluentC ([login to view URL])
We are looking for an experienced and talented UX Designer to review and optimize an existing application for improved user experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive, user-friendly applications, a strong creative eye for design, and a deep understanding of user experience.
Responsibilities:
• Review existing an application and analyze its user experience, design, and usability
• Create wireframes and prototypes to test and evaluate the user experience
• Develop and implement user experience enhancements, such as improving navigation and user flow
• Research best practices and industry standards to ensure the application meets user needs
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the user experience meets the desired goals
• Track and analyze user behavior to identify areas of improvement
• Create and maintain documentation of user experience designs and processes
Requirements:
• Proven experience designing, developing, and optimizing user experiences
• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Excellent problem-solving and English communication skills
• A passion for creating intuitive user interfaces and experiences
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices
Expectations:
• 10-15 hours per week
• Use Jira software to manage tasks
• Work with engineering teams on the ongoing development of the design
• Write Confluence pages to post wireframes and explain user interactions
