Unreal Engine for Post Apocalyptic Level Design

We need someone experienced in UE4/5 since we already migrated to UE5
We need Unreal Engine 4/5 Blueprint and C++ experience
We also need someone to be able to do level design , animations , game mechanics and game logics
Know How in Multiplayer development in unreal engine
dedicated server and hosted server on windows and linux
daly updates on the internal SVN and know how of how to use svn software
I am looking for a post apocalyptic level design in unreal engine 4 , this will include deserted city streets , suburbs , foliage based level design of abandoned buildings environmental aspects such as rain , wind , lightning dusk , noon , night and sunset . Assets need to be modular so they can be used in creating new environments such as Building , Roads , Street Signs , cars etc ... I have to add that this project will consist of multiple levels with different design aspects.
The content will be used in an upcoming 3ed person survival shooter based on unreal engine 4 .
since it's a big project with lots of wheels in the works things change everyday. probably 3-4 years if not longer if all pans out,
and the scope of the project is quite large
As a reference we are looking to pay about $550 every 2 weeks.
