Android and IOS Mobile App development that operates with hardware

Dear potential team member,

The majority of this project is under non-disclosure, however, I will attempt to create a synopsis that encompasses the scope of the project. Our company is creating a training platform for law enforcement. The training platform consists of hardware, infrared signals, and bluetooth, among other things, as well as embedded software.

We will need to create a mobile application both available on Android and iOS platforms that will not only be extremely attractive within our industry but summarize the performance of those participants within the training platform as dictated by the hardware and its use. There are other aspects of the project and expansion projects that can be discussed during our initial conversations. We're looking for a longer-term relationship with the right team member. Fluent English is imperative, however, we do have team members that speak Eastern Indian and Pakistani dialects.

The actual application development will not happen for at least two months, however, understanding the process along the way will be required and compensated for, which may include video meetings and another form of communication. Below are some of the basic features that the application should entail:

>Proximity sensing with hardware detected by the application

>Biometrics like heart rate and temperature

> Location of the participants and movements that possibly can be recreated from a performance after action perspective

> Engagement of the hardware to the software directly in terms of target practice possibly via IR or other means

>Hardware to mobile app interaction in real time

>Native app features like video recording and Bluetooth enabling with the hardware being used

>Any other ideas that the application developer would see fit

>A non-disclosure would be signed and enforced.

>A team member is considered family and a long-term relationship is expected with our projects

>Initial video interviews will be conducted followed by a non-disclosure and a strategy for moving forward.
