Several Unity Casual Games

We need to develop a series of casual Unity games. These games are fairly simple, like racing car games, airplane games, boat race, bike race, etc.
Games will have the following screens: attract loop video, welcome screen, instructions screen, the actual game, and a thank you screen.
We'll provide all the specs and you'll need to provide the working game. You may use free stand-ins for 3D models and textures, and we'll replace them on our side.
You'll need to provide full working source-code.
