Social Media Enrollment Partner (Freelance BDE – Performance Based) Organization: ProLearn Institute Mode: Remote | Flexible Hours Type: Freelance / Project-Based Role Overview ProLearn Institute is offering a performance-driven opportunity for a motivated Freelance Business Development Executive to promote and drive student enrollments into our internship programs through social media outreach. Your main role will be to connect with students on platforms where they are already active, build conversations, and guide interested candidates through a simple registration process. We provide ready-to-use scripts and sample messages so you can begin outreach immediately. While calls or WhatsApp follow-ups are optional, your primary focus should remain on social media engagement. Additionally, we already have a list of 220 student contact numbers. You will be expected to reach out to them, explain our programs, and convert them into enrollments along with your social media outreach efforts. Key Responsibilities • Start conversations in student-focused groups and communities • Respond quickly to DMs and student queries • Follow up consistently until registration is completed • Contact students from the provided list and guide them through enrollment • Track and update every lead in a shared sheet Compensation & Benefits • ₹2,500 for every 50 confirmed enrollments • The payout rate is fixed and non-negotiable • No earning cap, more enrollments = more income • Work anytime, from anywhere • Certificate of Experience upon successful project completion Performance Expectations • First milestone: Minimum 50 paid enrollments within one month • Maintain a Google Sheet tracker with: – Prospect name – Contact handle – Date approached – Enrollment status • Submit a weekly Friday report summarizing outreach and conversions Ideal Candidate • This role is perfect for someone who is: • Persuasive and confident in communication • Target-driven and consistent • Active on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or student communities • Ready to begin immediately If you’re energetic, social-media savvy, and motivated by performance rewards, this project offers strong earning potential based on your efforts.
