ASP.NET Hospital Management Platform

I need an end-to-end, web-based hospital network system written in ASP.NET (C#) with a SQL Server back-end. A single login page must offer a drop-down for ADMIN, DOCTOR, RECEPTION, USER/PATIENT and LAB; once a role is selected, only the relevant dashboard, menu and permissions load. Every module also keeps its own accounting ledger that later rolls up to an admin-level view. Core scope • Clinic & Medical Store – Inventory Management, Appointment Scheduling, Billing and Payments are mandatory, with any supporting tools (prescription-to-stock sync, stock alerts, discount handling) that make day-to-day work frictionless. • Lab – Test Management, Sample Tracking and Report Generation, plus the auxiliary features a modern lab needs such as barcode labels, reference ranges and auto-mailing of reports to patients and doctors. • Employee & Payroll – Employee Records, Salary Calculation and Leave Management. The salary engine has to respect allowances, deductions, advances and statutory contributions; leave balances must update automatically. • Hospital (IPD / OPD / TPA-Insurance) – Bed allotment, nurse notes, treatment plans, pharmacy issues, discharge summaries, insurance/TPA workflows and consolidated billing. Technical expectations Front-end should be responsive (Bootstrap, jQuery or a comparable framework), the code base layered (UI, BLL, DAL) and cleanly commented. Role-based authentication must leverage ASP.NET Identity or a comparable approach. I will need the full Visual Studio solution, database scripts, seed data, and a short deployment guide so I can spin the system up on IIS. Acceptance 1. Each role logs in and sees only its own menus and data. 2. The four accounting ledgers reconcile without data collisions. 3. Sample data import proves all workflows (clinic visit, lab test, admission, payroll run). 4. Source compiles with no missing packages; installation steps work on a fresh Windows Server. If parts of the stack require licenses, mention them up front. I am around to clarify functional corners that may surface during development.
