I am looking for a Twilio Flex expert to set up and configure our own contact center solution hosted on the Twilio network.
About our business and how the system would need to be configured, we are in Australia so will need all Australian numbers etc.
We have a 30 seat contact center, so that means 30 extensions, all can be on the phone at the same time so would mean 30 numbers, if these could be mobile phone numbers that would be a massive benefit as our answer rates will be higher.
We need the ability to set up ring groups and also queues for inbound calls, we have a current provider we are using so the data can easily be shared for setup.
We prefer to use Bria on our MACs rather than web-based softphones, this is simply due to reliability.
We would like all call recordings to synchronise with our CRM which is pipedrive, so every time a call is made we would like the recording either uploaded or a link to it added to the Pipedrive record, we would then also like an activity to be lodged against the Deal in Pipedrive, that activity would obviously be a call.
On top of this we would like 2 way SMS capability too, this will really help our connections.
Anyone who bids without mentioning the job will be ignored regardless of skillset, please advise cost and time it would take in your bid as this is now an urgent project due to being messed around by another developer.
