ABOUT THE PROJECT The Vega project is a bilingual AI data initiative producing high-quality code-switching conversation scripts — dialogues that naturally alternate between two languages, simulating real-world call centre interactions between agents and customers. As a Script Reviewer, you will conduct secondary manual QA on scripts of 150–200 lines each, cross-checking machine-applied corrections and resolving any remaining objective errors before final delivery. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING -Reviewing bilingual code-switching call centre scripts for accuracy and consistency -Verifying that machine-applied (Global Check) corrections have been properly implemented -Identifying and fixing objective errors: grammar, spelling, morphology, and word formation -Correcting formatting issues including spacing, punctuation, and XML/language tag errors -Resolving factual inaccuracies such as invalid postcodes or unnatural email/IBAN formats -Removing cross-language repetition and correcting non-standard hybrid word forms -Maintaining conversation coherence and flow after any modifications -Each script typically takes 15–25 minutes to review WHAT WE"RE LOOKING FOR Native or near-native fluency in English and at least one of the listed target languages Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured, tagged text formats Familiarity with XML-style language tags (e.g. [EN]…[/EN], [ES]…[/ES]) Ability to distinguish objective errors from subjective style preferences — fix the former only Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently via our client's online platform Experience in linguistics, translation, or language QA is a plus but not required IMPORTANT GUIDELINES Fix only clear, objective, verifiable errors. Do not rewrite for naturalness or style — preserve the original script content and structure at all times. If an error is ambiguous or subjective, leave it untouched. AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini may be used for reference only; all final decisions must be your own.

Hi there. - How do you ensure that cross-language repetitions are effectively identified and removed during script reviews? - What processes do you have in place for maintaining conversation coherence after modifications? This project sounds fascinating. I’d focus on verifying the accuracy and consistency of the bilingual scripts while preserving their original structure. Ensuring clear communication and coherence is crucial in call center dialogues. I faced a similar challenge while reviewing technical documents where attention to detail was key. I tackled it by employing structured checks for grammar, formatting, and factual accuracy, which streamlined the review process. My familiarity with structured text formats and strong attention to detail will help me deliver high-quality results. How do you ensure that cross-language repetitions are effectively identified and removed during script reviews? Hope to discuss more on chat. Best, Andrii.

Hello, Thank you for the opportunity to submit this bid for your project. I have carefully reviewed the project’s scope and am excited to present my proposal. I’ve previously QAed bilingual call-center scripts with code-switching, preserving content while fixing only objective errors, ensuring consistency across languages and corrected machine-applied edits without altering structure. My plan: ✓ Review scripts (150-200 lines) for accuracy and consistency with bilingual tags ✓ Verify Global Check corrections are correctly implemented and fix objective grammar, spelling, morphologies, and formatting ✓ Preserve content, layout, and XML/language tags while removing cross-language repetition ✓ Deliver concise, reproducible QA checks so reviewers can trust final scripts What XML tagging convention (e.g., [EN]…[/EN], [DE]…[/DE]) do you want enforced most strictly for this project? If client asks or requires something, I will answer concisely: I will fix only clear, verifiable errors, keep original content, and flag ambiguous cases for your approval. Please I would love to discuss this project further and answer any questions you may have. Best regards, Jeffry

Hello Vega team, I’ve read the brief and I’m confident I can deliver careful, rule-bound secondary QA for your Swiss German↔English code-switching scripts. I have practical experience working with LLMs and Transformer-based tools to assist review workflows, and I’ve built chatbots and vector-search pipelines that required rigorous classification and data-cleaning pipelines, experience that helps me spot systematic tagging and formatting errors quickly. For each 150-200 line script I will verify Global Check fixes, correct clear objective errors in grammar, spelling, morphology, XML/language tags and formatting, and resolve factual oddities (postcodes, emails, IBANs) while preserving the original structure and flow. I’ll document each change so it’s auditable and minimal. I can start immediately and deliver steady batches within an agreed cadence; typical script review takes 15-25 minutes and I’ll suggest a daily goal after we confirm volume. How many scripts per day or week do you expect each reviewer to complete, and is there a preferred QA change log format? Best regards, Fabian

**Application – Script Reviewer (Vega Project)** Hello, I am very interested in joining the Vega project as a Script Reviewer. The combination of structured bilingual data, linguistic accuracy, and quality assurance aligns strongly with my strengths and working style. I have a strong eye for detail and experience working with structured text, language consistency, and error-focused review tasks. I am comfortable distinguishing between objective errors and stylistic preferences, and I strictly follow guidelines to preserve original content while correcting only verifiable issues such as grammar, spelling, formatting, tagging, and factual inconsistencies. A key advantage I bring to this role is that I am a native Swiss German speaker and fully fluent in English. This makes me particularly well-suited for multilingual and code-switching environments, as I am naturally familiar with language transitions and real-world conversational patterns between languages. I am also experienced in working independently, meeting quality standards under time constraints, and maintaining consistency across large volumes of structured data. I am confident in handling XML-style tagging, identifying cross-language errors, and ensuring clean, coherent, and correctly formatted dialogue scripts while strictly following QA guidelines. Best regards tibe

Hi, the main goal is to review bilingual code-switching scripts carefully, fixing only clear objective errors while preserving the original structure, tags, and conversation flow. I can help with English–Spanish script QA, including grammar, spelling, punctuation, morphology, formatting, XML-style tags, and factual checks such as postcodes, emails, and IBAN-style formats. I understand the key rule here: no unnecessary rewriting, no style changes, and no changing natural dialogue unless there is a verifiable error. My review process would be simple and consistent: check the Global Check corrections, scan each line for language/tag issues, fix objective mistakes, remove cross-language repetition or invalid hybrid forms, then do a final pass for coherence and formatting. I’m comfortable working independently in online platforms and can handle 150–200 line scripts with strong attention to detail.
