We are looking for motivated, go-getter individuals with teaching passion under their belts. As an independent contractor, you’ll teach Chinese children and teenagers using Winkey platform and curriculum - no lesson planning required!
Job Details:
• The classes: 25-minute online English lessons to Chinese students via Skype and other related software
• The pay: $15 - $20 per hour
• The Curriculum: lesson materials built from the ground up by our in-house team
• The place: conveniently teach from your own home - no commute!
• The necessities: All you’ll need is a computer, a strong internet connection, and a noise-cancelling headset - we provide the rest!
• The benefits: You will receive ongoing professional development through our teacher training courses.
• The Culture: You will learn about Chinese culture through classroom exchanges with our students.
Qualifications:
• Must have excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
• Internet and computer savvy
• Must be self-motivated, flexible, goal-oriented, friendly and outgoing
• Experience in the U.S. or Canadian education systems
• At least a year of relevant ESL teaching experience is an advantage
• Experience in training is an advantage
• TEFL / TESOL/TOEFL Certificate Holder is a plus
• Resume must have picture attachment
Position Details
• Contract type: Independent contractor
• Start date: Immediately
• Payment details: Teachers are paid through their choice of PayPal or bank transfer each month for the previous month’s work
Working time
Weekdays（Monday-Friday） Beijing Time： 6PM-11PM
Weekends（Saturday-Sunday） Beijing Time： 10AM-11PM
Working Hours
• 12 Hours per week （minimum）
• 48 Hours a month （minimum）
