I need an Android App translator for English<->Japanese

We want our Android App to be translated for the Japanese Play Store. The translation file contains the English text strings. If possible, we also want our store view to be translated (title, short description, description):

Deadline: mid-October

Format: xml or txt format.

Only the English text between the string tags needs to be translated.

An exact word count is right now not possible since the file contains also the original strings and the string tags that are not part of the translation.

We can provide more info or any context if required.
