EMPOWER Dear Hiring Manager, I am incredibly excited to be writing this. For the most part I thought that my native language was a rather an enormous disadvantage, but recent event have showed that I was quite wrong. Since I was a little I have always despised that I am not a native American because I had to learn a whole new language, but now as I look back I haven't really ever really studied English and yet I have always been the best at it. My whole life is surrounded by the English language, in fact the only reason I use my native language is to speak to everyone.
