Virtual Assistant

I am looking for a professional, internet-savvy virtual assistant to work part-time on an hourly basis on a variety of tasks.

The role requires between 10 to 15 hours of work per week (for a total of 40-60 hours per month), with the goal of increasing this.

Ongoing duties include:

• Put resume details information in excel spread sheet 5 days a week.

• Copy resumes in word doc and saving to file per area 5 days a week.

• Send files to us every day 5 days a week

• Resume details must be put in excel sheet within 24 hours of receipt of resume

• other related tasks

the right person...:

• is very competent at doing research and writing for the internet

• Speaks and writes FLUENT American English – this is very important.

• Is detail-oriented, organized, creative, resourceful, reliable and takes pride in doing prompt, quality work.

The rate of pay I am looking for is $1.00 to $2.00 per hour.

NOTE: Please bid for the amount you would charge as a lump sum for one month (60 hours) of work.
