We are getting a new computer system which does mail merges, but only into word documents.
I have 5 documents, 2 x excel documents, 2 x pdf docs and one word document. I need the pdf and xls docs changing so that when they are printed out they look exactly the same, but i need them in word format so we can use the mailmerge function of our new program. The one word document is ok and is already in word, but is locked in some way, so i need it in a format so that it looks exactly the same, but we can input the functions into the mailmerge.
This is quite a quick easy job for someone who knows what to do.
