European Portuguese Verbatim Transcription

I have three separate recordings—two short consultations with doctors and one brief phone call—adding up to roughly 65 minutes. All of them are in European Portuguese and I need every spoken word captured exactly as it appears, including false starts, repetitions, and filler words. Medical terms hardly appear, so no specialist background is required beyond solid comprehension of natural, conversational Portuguese. Accuracy and correct punctuation matter more to me than speed, but I would like the finished text back within three days if possible. Deliverables • A single Word or editable text file that clearly separates the three recordings (simple headers are fine). • Verbatim transcription: nothing omitted, nothing “tidied up.” • Timestamps at natural paragraph breaks every minute or so, just in case I have to reference points later. • I need you to put the name of the person who is speaking in every sentence, at the beginning. The conversations are almost exclusively between two people. • I prefer someone who understand very well European Portuguese. • One of the audios is a bit difficult to understand and needs extra care. • I need it in a notepad or word document.
