We are looking to deliver sales training to a financial services company. Key components of the sales training program are:
1. Developing an understanding of client needs - filtering and funnelling questions
2. How to build long term client relationships
3. How to reignite a client relationship
4. How to use the phone and your phone manner to generate interest in what you have to sell
5. Overcoming objections
6. Adapting your style to different clients
7. Closing the deal - asking for the business
THis will be delivered in a series of short sessions in-house by the company.

Sessions are only required to be 2-3 hours in duration, and role-play materials would also be highly desirable.
