Stable internet and reliable power on your side are the only technical must-haves. What you can expect from me: • complete training materials and live coaching sessions • remote work flexibility once quality targets are met • performance bonuses tied to response time, accuracy, and customer-satisfaction scores Fluency in English is mandatory; other languages are welcome but optional.
