Zoho Books Bookkeeping – Hands-on Training & Mentoring Project Description I am looking for an experienced Zoho Books professional to provide hands-on, practical training so I can become fully self-sufficient in Zoho Books. The focus of this engagement is pure bookkeeping, not theory. By the end of the training, I should be confident in creating, tracking, and reconciling transactions independently without supervision. Scope of Training Includes: Purchase entries Sales invoices Quotations Retainer invoices E-way bills Tracking transactions Reconciliation and accuracy checks Best practices inside Zoho Books Training Style & Engagement Format: Live, screen-sharing sessions where you guide me step-by-step using real examples in my own Zoho Books account Clear explanations with practical workflows Short homework/practice tasks between sessions so I can apply what I learn Q&A support during sessions to clear doubts Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience working with Zoho Books (mandatory) Strong bookkeeping and accounting knowledge Ability to explain concepts clearly and practically Patient, structured, and supportive teaching style Communication & Availability: Meetings via Zoom, Google Meet, or Zoho Meeting (your preference) Flexible timing — evenings (IST) work best for me, but I can adjust if needed Goal of This Project: By the end of our engagement, I should be able to: Independently handle day-to-day bookkeeping in Zoho Books Create and manage invoices, quotations, and purchase entries Track and reconcile transactions accurately Work confidently without ongoing supervision Please include: Your experience with Zoho Books Any relevant certifications or portfolio Your proposed approach and availability
