**Project Title:** Bengali Pharma Trainer for Medical Representative (MR) Training – Real MR Academy **Project Description:** We are looking for an experienced **Pharmaceutical Sales / Medical Representative Trainer** who can conduct training sessions in the **Bengali language** for our institute **Real MR Academy**. The trainer should have real field experience in the pharmaceutical industry (MR / Area Manager / Sales Manager experience preferred) and should be able to guide new Medical Representatives about the **current pharmaceutical market scenario, doctor handling, product presentation, and practical field knowledge**. **Responsibilities:** • Train new Medical Representatives (MRs) in Bengali language • Explain the current pharmaceutical market scenario • Teach practical MR field skills (doctor visit strategy, product detailing, prescription generation) • Guide trainees about pharmacy interaction and competitor knowledge • Conduct online training sessions (Google Meet / Zoom) **Requirements:** • Experience in pharmaceutical sales or MR training • Good communication skills in Bengali • Practical knowledge of pharma marketing and field work • Ability to train beginner-level Medical Representatives **Budget:** ₹4,000 – ₹5,000 per month (Freelance / Part-time) **Training Format:** Online sessions (4–8 hours per month) If you have real pharmaceutical field experience and can train new MR candidates, please apply with your experience details.
