More C# coaching(repost)

Continued assistance with ongoing C# projects.

To be billed on an hourly basis, with individual projects using up chunks of time, according to the same terms agreed upon for 895800 (with dates adjusted), and listed in the "deliverables" section below.

## Deliverables

**Terms:

**I commit $250 for up to five hours of work.

- If I need less, you still get the full $250. We’ll define my not needing the hours as “we’ve not reached five hours, and no tasks remain open, as of June 1, 2008??

- If I need more, we discuss, and see what you can offer

- You are responsible for reporting your hours, and (since I have no reasonable way to verify anyway) I commit to accepting your numbers

- You commit to being available for at least two hours per week

**Relevant boilerplate from the standard RAC terms:

**All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
