I can build a structured Excel dashboard based on your requirements using Power Query and dynamic Excel features. The process will start by downloading and saving the source file in the specified folder, then creating a new Excel workbook where the data will be loaded using Data → Get Data → From File → From Excel Workbook. I will configure Power Query to import the dataset while maintaining the original worksheet data integrity. Required filters will be applied without deleting underlying rows. Specifically, the Location filter will exclude Netherlands in the dashboard view while keeping those records in the worksheet, and the Oracle Grade filter will exclude #NA, M5, and M6 only for reporting purposes. The dashboard will also display Endorsement Status both skill-wise and resource-wise. The dashboard will include widgets for key tracking metrics such as Skill Pending resources, Endorsement Pending resources with supervisor email IDs, Proficiency Level Pending resources, Primary Skill Pending resources, and resources whose records were last updated more than one year ago. Instead of headcount metrics, each widget will display the relevant resource email IDs so stakeholders can take direct action. The final deliverable will be an interactive Excel dashboard with clear filters, clean data connections, and an easy-to-refresh Power Query setup so the dashboard automatically updates whenever a new source file is loaded.
