Job Description:
Need someone that can make up thumbnails for videos that I put up on social media.
To give you a guide to what I am after this is the sort of videos that I do - [login to view URL]
I have also attached other files that we sometimes get access to.
Please watch part of the video so that you can get a feel for it and then look through the attached files so that you can see what I'm talking about. You need to be willing to work with this sort of quality of data as this is all you will generally get if not less, of which you then need to create a thumbnail.
The pay for this work will be $4 AUS per hour.
You will be using a project management program called Basecamp to communicate with us about each individual thumbnail that we need you to do.
We do have other work, that is not graphic design related, available within the company, so make sure you let us know if you have other skills and would like to do additional work, or if you prefer to solely do graphic design only.
We have been happily using this Freelancer website and hiring staff from all over the work for over 10 years, however, the biggest issue we have with it is all the spam, or bot replies you get when you post up a job.
Because of this, we have to put in tasks like this next bit, within the description.
To prove you are real and did actually read all this and more so that you watched the video, I need you to tell me where I was working this morning. If you watch the video you will hear me say where it was. Don't worry about how it is spelled, just write what you think it is I say where I was working. You need to write this in the very first line of the application you put in for this job.
If it is not written in the very first line then I will simply delete your application without reading it.
I also note that some of you charge more than $4 per hour for your services. That is cool, and I'm glad you know what rate you service is worth. Unfortunately for this role, I can not hire anyone that needs more than $4 AUS per hour. As such, please don't apply for this role if your rate is more than that. Those that do will again, have their applications deleted.
