I am looking for an Architect / Designer who can design an extension for my house. The materials I want to use are a structural steel frame and a combination of Glass and Composite panels. I have a rough model of my preferred design but I need some guidance on the technical details and how to resolve the junctions between the various materials. The footprint is 6m x 12 metres and might be two stories, on the ground floor will be a kitchen, dining , living room and bathroom the first floor will be a bed room , bathroom and an office. Attachment to the existing house will be via a glass walk way I can send you some photo's of buildings that I like and I am hoping that we can get a lot done via skype or WhatsApp. At this early stage I would be happy with an hourly rate and an estimated cost for : 1 3d concept renderings and floor plans. 2 Technical requirements for the steel frame ,floor and walls. Hi, Scheme: The 3d n the renderx will take about 7hrs I will handle the structural steel design with all details like steel sections, bolting at joins, and it will take about 13hrs 5hrs modifications Relevant Skills and Experience The 3d and the rendering will be done in SKETCHUP and vray. I will use SAP2000 n AutoCAD detailing to design n draw the structural parts I have a whatsapp account that we can exchange frequently
