Prepare a documentation for refrigerated air dryer

I need someone with lots of experience from refrigeration+heat pumps, who will prepare documentation for a new line of refrigerated air dryers.
Participant will have to:
- make calculations
- make a list of components(preferably EU origin) according to financial demands
- make 3D models in Autocad Inventor
- make a new production line of 12 new machines
All machines must be planned according to:
Pressure Dew Point needed (PDP): +3C
Volume of compressed air (SCFM): to be discussed
Maximum compressed air dryer inlet temperature (C): 45
Maximum ambient temperature (°F): 50
Maximum compressed air pressure (PSIG): 16 bar and 100 bar
