I need expert's help to come up with a simple yet elegant design to drive a plunger of a syringe by a servo motor. The attached image shows the relative positioning of the parts. The servo motor has an arm, which has a pin. The pin moves a plunger of a syringe into the syringe for 2-3cm deep. The starting position of the servo arm is as in the picture. The arm will move about 110 degrees clockwise but the engagement with the plunger should only happen for the first 50-60 degrees. What is needed is a 3D model of the plunger in stl and step formats. I will print the model using a 3D printer to confirm.
Either novel or existing mechanism is fine. If it is an existing mechanism, please make sure that it is available to the general public (no IP issue).
