UV map my 2d design on 3d plane model

PLEASE READ THE ACUTAL REQUIREMENTS and look at the files first! If you know how to do this this likely should take you 1 hour; maybe less. PLEASE READ. I have a 2D design already done in Adobe Illustrator of the sides of an airplane. I have a 3d Blender model. 1) I need a hires UV map texture created of the model that's easy for me too edit/change later, 2) I want my design mapped into it, 3) in the design there is one line that "wraps" around the plane body... this needs to be a spline, OR it needs to be easy to keep continuous in the UV map texture... probably the later. Both files are here: [login to view URL] SIMPLY: I just need a MY design UV mapped with exploded texture map in Blender. I.e. I don't know how to do this myself in Blender yet; you should already know how. You'll send me back the Blender file with a new texture file I can change later.
