Improve 3D design and provide CAD file for manufacturer

Please modify the actual 3D with the following modifications below and provide 3D and CAD file for manufacturer : List of Modifications : 1) Replace the brown and green colors of shelves by white 2) Replace the brown color around the counter by white and reduce it's height by 2 so the storages below can be bigger in height 3) Reduce the Width of the 1st and second shelves in order to put only one line of products. Also put a led white light on the shelf so the producted can be backlighted. 4) Remove the green light from storage glasses by white. 5) On the lenght side remove the central glass and set 3 storages 6) On the width side remove the central glass and set 2 storages keep glass storages on the corners. 7) Create an overhead lighting system for the whole counter.
