Build 3d city modelling from google maps street view -- 2

Can you create something like this?It's because it is a lot of work so a team of 3d modellers would be perfect.
Let's take for example a city street from google maps. I want to recreate some parts of my city i live in. I need low poly buildings ,low poly roads and vegetation. I want everything to be realistical by using google maps and google street view.
The map will be used for a driving simulator game. The map will be modelled in such way that will use as little polys as possible and i need only the models(roads+vegetation+buildings close to the road) which are visible from the roads.
