Create a transformation from old to new office interior.

Hi all, We have a project, with 6 shots (1.5-2s each). The first 3 shots, we did a chroma key shooting a man walking inside a virtual office. You need to create this environment. The meaning of this sequence is, that man walks slowly seeing things change, from the old office interior, transforming into a new shiny office. Shots are static chroma key. We shall provide reference picture for you to have a clear image of how the old and new office would look like. The second sequence, we see an empty book on a table. Camera moves in closer to the book seeing CU of interior material (such as tiles, wooden floor, wall plates and ceiling tiles etc...). The next shot we see all those material peeling off the book, floating into the air and getting them pasted on the floor, wall, ceiling. Most of the shots are static (just like a still picture) and you'll need to do camera moving to make it more interesting. We shall provide you with book design, and elements which are required to make it float, pasted onto the area. Footages are shot in 4K/5K using the Red Epic. Original files r3d could be given, as well as Prores 422 HQ.
