This is part 3 of my animation series.
Same requirements as before: I need an animation made (4min long) of a baseball umpire which is a 3D animated approximation to the umpire in a reference video which I will provide.
I have model assets already which are skinned but not rigged.
(Include the time of rigging in the estimate)
I have a bone structure specified for the animations (Standard Motion Builder bone hierarchy) but again, you can choose to ignore this if you want.
Finally, I can provide several pre-recorded motion capture animation clips which can be used if you want or just view them for reference
I need you to:
1) make an animation that follows a reference video of the Umpire
2) animate the head motion for 1st person usage
