Hi there! I have done the same project for battery cooling systems design and thermal analysis. I will share the screenshots of sample results on the chat. I will use ANSYS to model the battery and cooling system and to run CFD simulations so that we can check the performance of the cooling system and the temperature distribution of the battery system. I have a thermal engineering master's degree on the top of mechanical engineering background with CFD expertise using ANSYS for over 12 years helping over 80 clients to achieve their heat transfer and fluid flow target.
