I have a working prototype of a three-layer “universal heat engine” that promises to cool almost any attached device to its target temperature in under five minutes. The design phase is complete; now I need hard numbers that confirm the cooling side of the claim. Your assignment is to run an industrial-setting test that captures: • How long the unit takes to bring a device down to the specified temperature • How evenly that temperature is held across the device surface You may choose the most appropriate instrumentation—thermocouples, data loggers, infrared imaging, or similar—but the measurements must be precise and repeatable in a production-floor environment where ambient conditions are less controlled than a lab.
