I have two high-current power boards already laid out in Altium Designer. Before I move them to fabrication I need an experienced engineer who can open the existing Altium project, bring it into TRM, and run a full thermal analysis that focuses on identifying hotspots. For the simulation, please include the specific heat sources I provide; ambient conditions and material libraries can follow your standard practice as long as you note the values you adopt. Once the critical temperature zones are mapped and quantified, I want you to circle back into the Altium file and optimise the routing where it is contributing to the thermal stress. I have also identified some modifications to be done on the component placement and rooting that i would like help with on one of the board. Deliverables I expect: • A concise thermal report (screenshots, temperature plots, and a short explanation of each hotspot). • Updated TRM project files so I can rerun or extend the study later. • The corrected Altium schematic and PCB documents with improved routing clearly annotated. • A brief engineering note summarising what was changed and why.
