Create automated tests in Tricentis Tosca

I am looking for a skilled Tricentis Tosca expert to create automated tests for my application. The scope of the tests will be focused on functional testing, and will require a high level of complexity due to the nature of the application being tested. I am expecting an intermediate level of automation for the tests, including some additional flows beyond the critical ones.
