App Tester Required for Android and IOS Ehailing app

I am looking for an app tester who can thoroughly test my Android and iOS e-hailing app. The ideal candidate should have experience in functionality testing, as well as the ability to provide detailed reports on the results of the testing process.
Key requirements:
- Functionality Testing: The app tester should have expertise in testing the functionality of the app to ensure that all features and functionalities are working correctly.
- Report Generation: The candidate should be able to update a live excel sheet with issues and comments as the testing is ongoing.
- Time Commitment: The project requires more than 10 hours of testing, so the candidate should be available for a significant time commitment.

Its an ongoing work on an Ehailing app in both Android and IOS so it is expected of you to have devices to test in both format ideally of a newer version. New features are currenly being implemented and require you to test upon completion of features as soon as the development team provides the apk files. Testing is expected as soon as apk file is sent to drill down the issues and get the development team to fix the issues as quickly as possible. I am looking to get a tester to work alongside with me on all my projects.
