We are a private members club for high-stakes poker. We organize high-stakes private poker games around the world for our members. We have decided to open our membership for new members. Through our marketing team we currently have 350 leads that we want to reach out and select the qualified leads to make them a member of our club. Right now we are interviewing various tele calling companies in order to select the one which is a perfect fit for us. What we want from the tele calling company is: - Reach out to the leads that we have and use the script that we will provide in order to see if the person is a right fit or not. - Make the person comfortable while on the call (We want the process to be a comfortable experience for the person receiving the call, at times the calling companies follow the script in a robotic manner and this is not what we want, we want a personalized experience for the person receiving the call) - Once the team qualifies the person that he is the right fit for us, we want the team then to connect us to the individual wherein someone from our team will take it forward. Notes for your reference We currently have 350 leads, in the next 2-4 weeks we will have close to 2000 new leads The clients are high ticket client therefore every single lead is extremely important for us We want a dedicated team of females working on the same so that they can be trained and over a period of time they have the answers to every single question, in case the individual asks something outside of the script as well
