We are currently seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing team! You will be responsible for contacting businesses and localcompanies to further expand Brooksvale and acquire new accounts.
You will be responsible for personal goals, reporting results on a daily basis, identifying key targets, creating opportunities and closing on leads. You must be confident in your ability to close, as you will be fully responsible for your success and productivity.
Prospect and contact leads through phone
Consistently reach sales quotas and goals
Clearly communicate our brand, our mission and our service level
Build and form new partnerships with clients
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
Previous experience in sales is mandatory. Business to Business highly preferred
Familiarity with Commercial maintenance, janitorial and/ or landscaping industries a plus
Ability to work autonomously
Understanding of the end to end sales process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience using communication tools like MailChimp and Social Media
Base pay + Commission
Monthly incentives based on new accounts
