We need a B2B telemarketer experienced at getting past the gatekeeper to the target contact. Seeking part-time availability in the afternoon/later afternoon into the early evening (based on East Coast time zone). Ideally, you have a background in cold calling dental offices, or at least medical offices.
Thisn3-month project will call dental offices to persuade a target contact (dentist or office manager) to accept an appointment with our client’s sales team. If a positive result, we first attempt to warm transfer the contact to a rep, and if not that, then while the person is on the phone, review the rep’s online calendar and set a future appointment for them. Whether successful or not, a templated follow up email is sent to the contact after the call or call attempt.
This work from home project requires you have your own computer and that you can install on it our phone app through which all calls must go. For call logging, you will have access to a client online Smartsheet (Excel with functionality layered over top), so Excel experience is important. We are looking for an average 50 calls per half-day.
